Job Description:
Oversee the program and implementation of rehabilitation services
Employ and supervise appropriate staff to conduct rehabilitation services to clients participating in the program.
De-escalating challenging patient behavior
Submitting timely reports of all incidents involving staff or patients
Oversight of facility staff and nurses
Management of patient medical records
Daily patient care and implementation of facility policy
Conduct staff meetings weekly for planning and assessment of staff development
Conduct on-site training and coordinate off-site training when necessary
Collect monthly staff invoices, review invoices for accuracy, and sign invoices before submitting to the director or to billing.
Meet with the program director weekly to present updates, discuss staff concerns, program concerns, and regulatory concerns.
Attend quarterly PRP meetings with CSA and complete required documentation.
Qualifications:
LCSW or LCSW Valid Active MD License
Required to be licensed by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners

Job Description:
Provide a therapeutic relationship that directly increases the acquisition of skills
needed to accomplish the goals of the Individual Rehabilitation Plan.
Provide psycho education and training of family, unpaid caregivers, and others
who have a legitimate role in addressing the needs identified in the Individual
Rehabilitation Plan.
Assist persons served by providing direct preventive and therapeutic interventions
that will assist with skill building
Provide relapse prevention to persons served and disease management strategies
Provide ongoing symptom monitoring and management
Provide ongoing medication monitoring, with report to medical providers
Assist persons served in service coordination activities within the established
Individual Rehabilitation Plan.
Provide input in to the persons served Individual Rehabilitation Plan modifications
Support the persons served in understanding and exercising their rights.
Provide support services in a manner that is safe, therapeutic, and free from abuse,
neglect, and exploitation.
Ensure that all information resulting from health related appointments is
documented and communicated to the appropriate Multidisciplinary Team staff.
Attend and participate in treatment team meetings, audits, and committees as requested.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma
● Minimum of 3 years experience working as a clinical certified social worker in Maryland
● Must successfully complete all state required trainings pursuant to the support service

Job Description:
Maintain a sober living environment and programs with clients.
Provide live-in supervision to sober living clients.
Supervise clients in assignment of duties that contribute to the upkeep of the living space.
Organize resident recovery activities.
Provide resources for clients in all areas of daily living
Work with the clientes seeking recovery from the time of application to completion of the sober living program.
Monitor participants' use of services/treatment, and impact on independence.
Provide accurate shift reports on a daily basis.
Participates in team planning, case reviews, and program goal achievement.

Qualifications:
Basic First Aid, CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and drug testing procedures

Job Description:
Supervise all non-medical clinical staff.
Design and support implementation of treatment and best practice protocols in collaboration with the Medical Director.
Collaborate with the Quality Management Director and Training Director to develop plans and protocols for new clinical and program staff training and supervision.
Develop collaborative relationships with the county and state regulatory agencies, consumers' primary care physicians, community psychiatrists, and other providers regarding issues related to consumers/families and the local system of care; and
Monitor and track data regarding delivery and quality of treatment services, including data on core services, emergency admissions, psychiatric hospitalization, and operational, service, and personal outcomes and recovery goals.
Ensure that systems are in place to ensure medical and clinical staff are appropriately trained and qualified to provide services.
In collaboration with Senior Management , interview and hire medical and clinical staff.
In collaboration with the CEO, conduct disciplinary actions consistent with Agency Policy and Procedures
Ensure that systems are in place to ensure documentation of treatment planning, authorization, billing, and provision are completed in a manner consistent with Agency Policy and Procedures and State rules/definitions/laws.
Ensure that required reports are submitted to the CEO and other appropriate staff in a timely manner.
Ensure outcome studies are completed and incorporated into Agency planning.
Ensure the fiduciary stability of clinical services.
Maintain consistent communication with the CEO and Senior Management regarding clinical operations of the organization.
Participate in routine Senior Management meetings and other staff development initiatives, as needed.
Work in partnership with families, guardians, treatment teams, community resources and other professionals, promoting effective communication and collaboration in support of service recipients.
Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of Maryland
2 or more years of experience in diagnosing, treating, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of the population to be served by the agency (children or adults with mental health or substance abuse disorders)
Master’s level licensed professional in one of the following licensed discipline categories:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Psychologist (Doctorate Level)
Licensed Psychological Associate
Licensed Professional Counselor
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Master Degree Licensed Nurse – advanced practice only (NP, PNPs)

Requirements:
Must complete Agency required training.
